Please note that:-

I wanted to close FIR so I started searching for:-

and what I came across was usually the meterial I was not interested in, so I digged and digged deep into google just to find out one guy named atur chatur from Delhi, India
The guys at aturchatur website guided me to SOCIAL STIGMA site as per which a false case may be closed within the CAW Cell itself and a false police complaint/ NCR may be completed at the police station itself
And they also guided me after FIR and before Charge Sheet (CS) stages also.

and found that, even after FIR, we the men, are NOT culprits as we are being projected.
And despite women favored laws, there is a possibility to put our evidences on-record and the investigation to happen as per our proofs also.
I was shocked to read this and I was not sure about its truthfulness as on the internet several; MRA's have written that, a MAN has to (have to) undergo trial and the case cannot end in lower court or before filing of CS
But i had less time for renewal of my passport and the IO had already threatened me to revoke my passport so I contacted atur chatur andthought of giving his exp[ertise a try in my cases.
He helped me prepare a LTR and I filed it dulyand followed his guidance later on also related to:-
Enforceability and Implementation of the LTR.
RESULTS:-
To my utmost surprise and happiness, my documents were mainly discussed within PS and my wife was called to give her statement w.r.t those documents in enquiry/ investigation.
THE POLICE closed the case with a b report i.e., cent per cent marks to me.
I wanted to file counter cases, but atur chatur sir advised me wait another 105 days so that the time to challenge by my wife lapses and I did the same.
I went to USA in the mean time for my job as I am a Non Resident Indian on work visa to USA for my employment.
I asked atur chatur sir to help me prepare LTR again in a counter attack manner without coming to India and without using the help of an advocate.
My efforts paid off well.
My wife is ready for settlement at zero cost now and initially I thought of not giving her mercy and to send her to jail.
But on getting consulted with atur chatur, I was suggested to accept the compromise 498a offer at zero cost as I have told him that I have high assignment in USA and another girl is ready to marry me.
I am highly thankful to atur chatur and would like to recommend atur chatur to most boys here in USA who are about to marry an Indian Cultural Girl or who are already married to Indian Wives.

Hence, when a Non Resident Indian's wife leaves USA and goes to India without his consent or avoids to come back to USA/ abroad with the NRI, then the NRI must immediately file a LTR instead of waiting for the wife to take a step ahead.
Similarly, a LTR Fair and Unbiased Investigation and also a LTR Protection from False and Arbitrary Arrest and also a LTR Protection from False Cases, are the three major types of LTR which a NRI may file immediately when a wife goes to CAW or a FIR is lodged at PS.
